We were privileged this year to welcome you all to the Netherlands for the AAIC. We had an amazing time connecting, and reconnecting, with many of you from all over the world. Our booth this year was a little more diverse with the addition of our low-field MRI magnet and some beautiful pictures by Atlantic fellow Alex Kornhuber. Outside of the exhibition hall our very own Tavia and Natalia were chairing sessions at the AIC and AAIC on “Imaging Genetics” and “Sex and gender specific risk factors for neurodegeneration”, with Natalia presenting in the latter.
Within the conference there were many presentations by our collaborators including “The Epidemiology of Dementia in Africa” by Adesola Ogunniyi. With other highlights including “An Agenda for Addressing Multimorbidity and Racial and Ethnic Disparities” by Ana Quiñones.
